CHIMAR provides technology for the production of formaldehyde scavengers compatible with the amino resins and tailor-made according to customer needs and raw materials supply.
Using CHIMAR scavengers up to 50% reduction of formaldehyde emissions of boards as well as inside the production plants could be achieved.
There are special grades scavengers suitable for the new generation low emitting resins to achieve E0 and SE0 board emission (F*** and F**** according JIS A1460 accordingly).
While using CHIMAR scavengers no change in the board production is required and the reduction of formaldehyde emissions is permanent.
